Cheeks of Steel

I recently noticed that Katie has giant, round cheeks. It dawned on me that she probably has very muscular jaws from chewing on two or three frozen, stuffed Kongs each day. Just look at the ripples in her cheeck below. This girl loves her Kongs. I have started stuffing them with kibble and oatmeal before freezing them. The oatmeal glues it all together and makes for a very stubborn Kong for a very efficient Kong destroyer.

What a good idea with the Kong. I sometimes put peanut butter in Song's Kong. It's a special treat.

Haha! Adorable. I mean... how intimidating. What a tough doggie.

Wow, those are definitely some jaws of steel! Great idea with the oatmeal/kibble, btw. DeeDee gets frozen peanut butter Kongs, but has them cleaned out within minutes! I'll have to try your plan instead!

Wow! Look at those jaw muscles! Let's hope Katie never decides to give anybody a little nip! lol She sure makes short work of those Kongs.

Oooo, good idea on the oatmeat! Creel starts his day in the crate with his frozen Kong, but I've been layering it with his kibble and a dollop or two of no-fat vanilla yogurt.

Hmmm...I'll have to check out his cheeks!

And the oatmeal? Is it all-ready made oatmeal, like the instant variety?
