Smokin

Is my 10 year old greyhound smokin or what? I just thought this was such a fantastic picture of her (top). Her muscle tone looks so good. Maybe not quite as ripped as her adoption picture :-), but looking fit and healthy nonetheless.

*** I always chuckle about the reference to "curious" and needing "guidance to live peacefully with cats". That is an understatement.

She really does look great...way younger than her years and fit as a fiddle. What a hottie!

She kinda looks a little too intense in her adoption pic. lol, they must have been waving a curious looking cat in front of the camera.

i saw an old photo of me as a young 20s. i'm not as ripped now either. in fact, i'm very far from the old katy, unlike old katie. she didn't let herself go. ... grr.

(unrelated to this post, how are you able to comment on sticky kibble? i can't. i don't get the words shown to verify. tried different browsers. am i the only one struggling? gerrryyyyyyy)

oh, this makes sense. my word verif here is schammed. i'm shamed (scham auf deutsch) and shammed.

Britt, I thought the same thing. If you get that kind of intensity from a squeaking toy... just imagine how much more so with a live animal. That is not the face of cat safe :-).

Toast, I didn't have any problems with commenting on Sticky Kibble. I just left a comment saying you were having problems.

She looks fantastic. I hope my dogs look that good at ten.

She may not be as ripped but I think Katie looks pretty hot now compared to the adoption photo.

She is looking good. By the way, I'm glad you adopt the high prey drive hounds. It's great to see them get a home. I love my greyhound, but I love my cats too, so high prey drive would not work for our house! And thanks for the training tips. The new ideas are helpful to consider--I have an Aussie too.

I actually fell in love with Sam's adoption photo...and that was not the photo of a cat-safe dog, either. I naively thought, "Oh, doesn't he look so eager!" Don't know what I thought he was eager for. Sam's adoption picture is here: http://kf-in-georgia.blogspot.com/2008/10/happy-gotcha-day.html

And notice that he's still lookin' pretty good, too... He'll be 9 in May.

I'm thinking she looks pretty scary in that adoption photo. :-)
