Just a post of photos I took of Maddie during week 26.
Of course, we have to have run shots.
It has become more difficult to get good pictures. We have had so much rain lately that the sun seems to always be hidden away by the clouds. And even if it was a sunny day, the sun is going down and is behind the trees when I get out to train after work. So my photography is often limited to the weekends.
All in all, Maddie is doing great. We changed her crate in the dog room to a 48 inch long. I like for all of our dogs to have giant crates especially if they sleep in them at night and stay in them during the day while we are at work.
Maddie still goes to daycare twice a week. I thought I would pull her from daycare around 6 or 7 months, but it is still such a great way to really tire her out... especially during bad weather, we are traveling to a dog show after work, or when I have other priorities that day. I am told she is wonderful, does great with the little dogs, and is very active. She does not come home exhausted, but she definitely welcomes a good rest that night and the next day.
We lucked out with some superb weather this week. It even got up to 70 degrees for a couple of days (of course, it is freezing cold as I type this).
Maddie finished the week weighing in at 46 pounds.
Sometimes Maddie will lose track of me when we train at my agility field. When that happens, I go hide. Oh, she found me....
